Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. These terms cover the mobile DPF services provided by Clean Flow DPF (Keith William Godfrey, ABN 75 403 580 075). By booking, you agree to them. They’re written in plain English and don’t limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our service & the flat $850
Our standard mobile DPF clean is a flat $850 and includes a diagnostic assessment, a 2-part chemical clean and flush, a forced regeneration and a system reset, carried out on your vehicle at your location, typically in 60–90 minutes.
What the $850 does not cover: replacement parts, sensors or components; repairs to faults found during diagnosis; and DPFs that are cracked, melted, physically damaged or completely ash-bound and cannot be safely cleaned. If we find your filter can’t be cleaned, we’ll tell you before any charge and, where possible, quote any repair separately.
Bookings, arrival & cancellations
We’ll agree a time and location when you book. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable callout fee for missed appointments or wasted callouts where we’ve travelled to site and can’t carry out the work. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We’ll confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
Results
We diagnose the cause, clean the filter where it’s safe to do so, and confirm the result with live data before and after. A DPF blockage can have underlying causes (sensor, boost, injector, oil or driving-pattern issues); where those aren’t addressed, a filter can block again. We’ll always explain what we find and what we recommend.
Legal note on DPF removal
Removing or disabling a DPF is illegal for registered on-road vehicles in Queensland and across Australia. We do not delete or remove DPFs on road-registered vehicles — our service cleans and restores the filter.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid.
