Clean Flow DPF works out of our North Lakes workshop at 3/59 Flinders Parade, North Lakes. We’re next to JAX Tyres, same driveway. Most customers drop their vehicle off there, and a DPF clean is from $650 at the workshop. If you’re further out, mobile service is available by quote, job by job, at a suitable spot like your home, work site or yard.

DPF cleaning for Logan
Logan is a big commuter and commercial corridor. Stop-start driving on the M1 and around the estates, plus fleet and delivery diesels doing lots of short trips, is hard on a DPF. We look after drivers from Springwood, Beenleigh, Loganholme, Marsden, Browns Plains, Shailer Park and Waterford.

Short trips from a cold start are prime conditions for a blocked DPF and failed regens: the light comes on and the power drops off. What’s included in a DPF clean (from $650)
A thorough check of the DPF system, a 2-part chemical clean and flush, a forced regeneration, resets and a final check, all done on the vehicle. No DPF removal and no oven. We find out why the filter blocked first, so the clean lasts. If a filter is cracked, melted or ash-bound and can’t be cleaned, we tell you before you’re charged for a clean. If we find another fault causing the problem, we’ll call you with a quote before doing any extra work. For mobile jobs, the call-out is shown in your quote.
We work on Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu D-Max, Mitsubishi Triton, Mazda BT-50, VW Amarok, Prado and LandCruiser, plus vans, utes and commercial diesels.

Is a DPF delete legal in Queensland?
No — removing or disabling a DPF is illegal for registered on-road vehicles in Queensland and across Australia, and can attract fines. Cleaning restores the filter legally, which is what we do.
