About Keith & Clean Flow DPF

G’day, I’m Keith — the owner-operator behind Clean Flow DPF, Brisbane’s mobile Diesel Particulate Filter specialist. What started as a passion for diesel systems has grown into one of South East Queensland’s most trusted mobile DPF services, with more than 1,500 DPF jobs completed and 5+ years of hands-on diesel experience, serving Brisbane since 2021.

My background

My path into DPF work isn’t typical. I spent years in the oil and gas mining industry, where reliable diesel equipment isn’t just important — it’s critical. When machinery breaks down on a remote site, you learn to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it properly the first time. That taught me there’s no substitute for proper diagnostics and actually understanding how a system works.

After mining I started Venom Diesel Performance, focused on diesel tuning and diagnostics, and built a reputation for solving the problems other workshops couldn’t. Clean Flow DPF grew out of that — I kept getting calls from drivers and workshops being told they needed an expensive DPF replacement when the filter just needed proper diagnosis and cleaning.

How we’re different

Every job is diagnostic-first. We don’t guess, we don’t clean blindly, and we don’t recommend parts unless they’re genuinely needed. We read the live data, find why the DPF blocked, clean it on the vehicle if it’s safe to clean, and confirm the result with data before and after — so you can see the restriction has actually improved.

Mobile, and one flat price

We come to you. DPF faults often leave a vehicle in limp mode or off the road, so instead of arranging towing and losing your vehicle for days, we diagnose and clean on-site across Brisbane and surrounds — including North Lakes, Redcliffe, Caboolture, Logan and Ipswich, with Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast callouts by arrangement.

Our DPF clean is a flat $850 — diagnostic, 2-part chemical clean and flush, forced regeneration and system reset, done at your location in 60–90 minutes. No DPF removal, no oven, no surprise extras. If a filter is cracked, melted or ash-bound and can’t be cleaned, we tell you before any charge.
